What happens during your session

Each session is a private 60 minute Zoom conversation focused entirely on you.
Before we meet, you will complete a short set of preparation questions so I can understand your situation in advance. This allows us to use our time effectively, focusing on clarity, direction, and practical solutions rather than gathering background information.

During the session, we explore what is happening for you right now, identify what may be holding you back, and create a clear way forward.

After the session, you will receive a personalised guided meditation and tailored affirmations created specifically for your situation. These support you between sessions, helping you stay grounded, focused, and moving forward with confidence.

You will leave with clarity, calm, and practical next steps you can act on immediately.
